City Residency - Hotel in Taliparamba - Kannur, India

Not at all recommended to stay --------------------------------- The bathroom of the room allotted to us was not at all clean, when I went out in the morning, I had informed the issue to the manager (?), and he assured that it will be cleaned. When I have reached back in the evening, it was in the same condition, and I asked the same person about it. His reply was surprising, he went someone there and asked, "have you done it ?", returned to me and told, "I had asked to do it, but he didn't do !", I felt this approach was too irresponsible and not at all professional. Then I had to clean it on my own. In the reviews, I had seen that good parking is available ! But in reality, it is there in the basement for 4-5 cars, and most of the time, the entrance to this basement is blocked with some vehicle parked there ! Vehicles are to be driven in reverse to the basement, and I found it is very difficult !

It was really nice. Been there only for a single time.Rooms are awesome and rate is so affordable.Even A/c and non A/c.Neat and clean. Main advantage is its location.I would like to prefer it again.Has parking under the basement.

City residency located at taliparamba in last city side and parking they arranged at down the bulding and a small parking space and we took ac room but th ac didnt work properly and then we shifted to another room and the ac was good. In moring a small tea shop to eat breakfast.

Old type rooms. Neat and clean. Both AC and non AC at an affordable rate. Parking area is small for 2 Wheeler and cars. ....

Pathetic. Very unprofessional and cheap minded. For example they don't remove plastic from the mattress, just to keep it new for years. If u ask they say everyone is adjusting, u also do. They switch off the lift service at night. The rooms are full of mosquito. For a tiny room with dirty bathroom, they charge 2000rs a night. Please avoid this hotel.

Good spacious rooms. Hot water available. Parking space is limited. Located in rush area, so may find it difficult to park in day time. One star more if ample parking space available.

This is a great hotel. Although, it is not easily visible from the highway , it has spacious, nice rooms. It is near to the Thaliparamba bus stand , far from parshanikkadavu temple and kannur railway station. It has a lot of rooms. The staff is great and kind. When no rooms were available during the rush , only this hotel had the most rooms and all other hotels were totally booked. The rooms are classy and they also prefer the the classic window AC's. Highly recommended in this area. Bathrooms and rooms are well maintained . The receptionist is a loyal guy . The prices are not too high , they are affordable. Located in highway , it is not easily noticeable.

Central point in Taliparamba to visit major tourist and pilgrimage place in Taliparamba . Well experienced and well mannered and management . Well maintained rooms and restroom. Great hospitality and peaceful environment. Spacious parking at basement, room are at affordable prices. Banks ,ATM, travel agencies and apparel stores available at same building.
