Their behavior is unacceptable, and I highly recommend avoiding this pharmacy at all costs. Instead, visit the pharmacy across the street from the bus stand. The staff there treats customers with respect and has the best manners. Unlike City Pharma, they value their customers and see them as human beings, not just as a means to make money. In short, City Pharma has reached an all-time low in terms of customer service and management. Their rude behavior and lack of basic courtesy towards customers are completely unacceptable. If you value your time and money, steer clear of City Pharma and opt for the other pharmacy across the street. It's a shame to see such a once-good pharmacy deteriorate into a pit of unprofessionalism and disrespect.
