Third class worst experience. Management and service is poor. They have 5 Ball Room but put the wrong board outside 1 Ball Room that why there guy confused and entering my family into wrong marriage there is lact of service and availability of food. By mobile communication I was entered into the right marriage there also for Bread (Nan) we were waiting for 15-20 min and there service guy came up with just 4-6 Mix Bread . So others are waiting for the next 15-20 mins. Please don't spoil your precious memories where management is poor.
We were very grateful for the kindness and consideration shown by the reception staff. Room was large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. Location is also good for getting to all the tourist spots. Would definitely stay here next time,Perfect location, excellent service. I had an easy and confortable stay . . . thankyou...
I stayed here to take an exam at a nearby school which was just walkable distance. Well maintained property with gracious hospitality. Their is pure veg restaurant that serves luscious food and sizeable lobby. Situated in an industrial area.

City Park Resort is situated near Ghevra Metro station . If you are coming from Peera Garhi to Bahadur Garh then you will find City Park Resort on your left side and approximately 500M before Ghevra metro station . City Park Resort has 30 rooms all of are on the first floor. On reception staff is very courteous and cooperative, they will guide you properly about the resort and their facilities. Rooms are spacious and maintained properly. The housekeeping head Mr. Vinod will give you a proper response and take care of your requirements. The room has a locker and tea maker also. Room service is beyond your expectations, I have never seen such type of fast service. Food quality is good, it's hygienic and tasty. The resort has a huge Park and it gives a very good view from the room ( if you opted for Park facing room). City Park Resort has many banquet halls available with them. In total staying at City Park Resort is value for money. Thanks to the all staff members for caring us.

I spent one there in this resort. Actually this is not a complete resort. When I asked the receptionist where the swimming pool, she was saying there is no swimming pool and I asked her as I can see you have mentioned the Google photos. The receptionist was saying the swimming pool was completely closed and it's also a banquet garden.
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled this was one of the nicest places Thanks for making our visit to Florence that much better.
