A huge improvement in just 2 years Lots of construction is going on. Rate 2500 to 3000 per sq feet presently. A good place as manly school are place Very near to main road. City buses are coming till city park and beyond. Even greenery can be seen. Well planned construction all houses and apartments.

Good area, roads improved, masjid for muslims and Ayappa temple for Hindus, lots of construction of flats with nearby malls and eateries. place compared to city life is calm quiet
