Good place for conducting small get-together and receptions. The food was really tasty and the staff were very friendly also. The cost factor is also very reasonable. The ambience was really awesome. I can highly recommend this hotel to you all. You will not regret it...
No hot water service at 1st floor rooms and no WiFi , this is the first time happening like this. Very pathetic service. This problem not even sorted out in hours and people who want to go marriage function got late ,. What's the point of giving bath tub if there is no hot water in the pipe . They brought hot water in bucket after making a couple of calls to reception
Because of my good experience, I request please don't go to this hotel /bar... due to the misbehavior of some staff of this hotel who stands for such activities and supporting fraud persons(customers)who were involved in wrong way supporting such staff members.. !!! Very bad instance...!!! Anyway I am thanking the owner of this bar... making me or others(customers) who have dignity to others, to stay away from you forever...!!!

I have been here for the last two days, a very good ambience, a place to go anywhere in Thiruvananthapuram city. like railway station, airport and highway. Good rooms and good attitude and cooperation from the staff. I liked very much.
