One of poor management in hospital. The team is not willing to provide the required documents for medical reimbursements. They lied while admitting saying that "they will provide the requirements for reimbursements". They took more than 60 day to provide partial documents and if we demand detail documents as per policy requirements they shout at attendees saying they don't provide the documents in detail.

Dr Rashmi Shetty She is the worst doctor i have ever met in my life .She don't know how to treat a patient so she can throw her double degree to the dustbin... Her arrogance and attitude makes patient suffer more than their disease . Avoid attending her .
Nursing stuffs are very very bad in special word (not responding. irresponsible staffs very bad behaviour etc...)

worst thing is there is no difference in special ward and genral ward. actully general ward getting better specilities than special ward. cleaness is not up to the mark. doctors are good but hospital facilities are not. there is no proper contact numbers for compliants and other informations.
