Service poor, rooms normal location near gudalur bus stand so ok
Rooms are average. But if you are getting it cheap then can't complain. We were 10 of us. Booked in advance. But after getting there we were told that rooms that we booked were small and would not fit 10. Upon request he gave us 15 bed terrace hall which was spacious enough but few of the beds were wet due to water leaks from roof. We managed as we were only 10 of us.
Want to give rating in minus .. Yesterday i was searching for room nearby then this hotel manager came to us and was like we wil give you better rooms . They will ask you for deposit money after that manager will never show his face. If you try to contact him , phone is busy or switched off. and the ppl they won't understand your language. I asked for basic things like water bottles and bed sheets. Not given . If you get any other hotel in same price or more than this please go there . I repeat

Mansoon stays are breathtaking. Watch out for leaches when trekking. Stay was amazing & comfortable. Staffs were really helpful & food was just okay. Would love to visit again.
