They made us wait for 1.5 hours during Puja time, and then when the food was finally served, they gave just the tandoori roti. Chicken was served half an hour later. Biriyani felt like literal oil fried rice. Don't even wanna start on how bad the chicken kadhai was. Definitely did not expect such food from a good restaurant like city international!
Waste of money, poor room with high price. Better to stay nearby hotels, like banerjee Inn, Park Land etc. Avoid this hotel as staff also is rude

Good hotel for corporate budget travelers. Location is very good. Rooms need some maintenance specially the bathrooms.
Just one thing is that the AC stopped at 10am. our check out time was 11 am. so we didn't bother the hotelier for that.But location and other things like staff behaviour and cleanliness was upto mark.
