Nice place to stay, cozy but rooms are too small although staff is good but they demand tip too much each and everytime. They allow a visitor to stay with some additional charges and it's almost close to every place in prayagraj.
Location, Rooms, Washroom and the Room Service was superb, but during this outstanding stay to provide the 4 star rating to this Hotel because of the just 1 Reception staff (Mr. Hari Abhilash) during the check-out, Mr. Hari Abhilash was very rude during conversation and also denied to provide the proper GSTIN bill of fooding and also denied for the Hotel stamp on the local bill provided by him. A traveller can manage everything if the staff behaving like a gentlemen either the bills provided or not but the language matters always. But still I suggest to everyone to go there because of Hotel Rooms and rest of the staff of the Hotel was superb for me and due to the 1 staff only I never suggest to anyone to deny this Hotel. Hotel was superb, rooms were amazing as per the pictures showing online.
I'll say it's okay for you if you're going to gave examinations and staying for just a night Price ka Matt socho yrr kam kar dete hai wo log kaffi acchi staff and services hai
The hotel is very bad and the hotel service is also very bad and the quality of the food is even worse. The quality of the food is much worse than what is served at a cart.

Worst Hotel. High Charges with almost no facility. What you will get after paying high amount: (1) No water bottle (2) Bedsheets and Pillows are not clean (3) Very Old Rooms you will not get feel of hotel (4) We booked for 5 people for family but didn't even get the bed, they gave one of us the Mattress to sleep without bed (5) One of their room is so small that you can't even walk properly Final Verdict: If you are paying decent amount let's not go for this hotel, they don't know how to maintain the cleanliness and also no professionals.
Worts hotel to stay in prayagraj, only looking for money no sense of service worst quality of staff behavior smallest room with bed only 5 feet long one can't sleep on it, provides only one towel and one soap no extra even for two people. Amount wants in advance because after such a bad quality of experience no one wanna pay a single penny. Total waste of money worst place to stay.

Beatiful historic hotel. The staff are attentive and helpful. The food is good and plentiful. My bedroom was on the roof which was exciting and gave easy access to fantastic views across tge city to the Ganges. I enjoyed my stay here very much.
