City hotel is the best place for staying when you thinking hotel. It is located near Didarganj toll tax & City Fuels (Indian Oil) petrol pump. Best service provided by hotel staff always here. Hotel Staffs are very polite and well trained.

Everything was great. But there was error in billing. They take gst even on mrp of water bottle and likewise. Mrp on bottle was 18. They put it as 20 and then gst on that which was total 23. Rest everything was good. All staffs were good mannered.

This place is almost 15 kilometre from patna junction.. The room rent is started from rs 300 for student. I don't think this could be a good choice if you are going there with your family but you should call them or visit there room before booking room there.

Really disappointing. From last 2 days I complained about AC is not working. I'm paying 1680/day!!! But they don't have any positive responses! This is not my first time stay in this hotel. Even after requesting they didn't change / shift my room! Also if you want cold drinks with your lunch/dinner , you have to pay first then they will serve. This is very much bad thing. As I'm a service engineer, I frequently visit here and there. This is really a couple of bad experience about this hotel. And lastly no one is professional here! So, I'm not Not recommending to stay.

The hotel staffs never heard the word "customer service". Most of the hotel staffs are extreme lazy. They don't do anything as per their job responsibilities. You have to ask for each and everything. I went to Patna Sahib with my colleague for official purposes. We shared one standard AC double bed room and stayed for 5 nights. They changed the towel twice in five days and we had to ask for one extra towel even though they knew that booking is for two people. They provide RO water but in first day they gave only 2 bottles water as they don't had bottle or any water jug. So bring your own bottle or water jugif you want to stay in this hotel. I have never seen such a lazy guy like Vivek who said this thing, he is a staff of this hotel. They don't refill water on their own, we have to ask for the refill every time. Vivek used to feel irritated if you ask for 4 bottles of water for two person everyday. When I complained to his manager, Vivek knocked on my door and kind of shouted at us regarding the complaint to his manager.Now, if I talk about the room I will say, the ac standard room is very small. Deluxe and suites are broad rooms but all the rooms are kind of shabby and not well lit. The LED's have low wattage hence the feel is always gloomy in the room. Moreover the walls are kind of old and shaded. Standard Room doesn't have a wardrobe in the room. Deluxe and Suite have a wardrobe but that is wall/cemented with a ply slide door. These kinds of wardrobes were used 30 years back and mostly used in homes.This area experiences extreme power cuts so they have gen set backups. But only light and fan runs on this. Don't expect to run AC on gen set power. Moreover, in standard room AC is just for namesake, the room is so heated up that AC takes prolonged time to cool it. The AC's are old, so if you take a deluxe or suite room which is very spacious, cannot be cooled by those old AC's. So taking deluxe/ suites can become a curse for you in other ways.I came to know that the hotel is mainly used for marriage occasions. So they don't give a damn about normal boarders.They have a restaurant. Food cost is very high, like one tawa roti is Rs. 30 whereas, it is Rs. 10 outside adjacent restaurants/Dhabas. Veg curries are like all Rs.180 above. They have a complimentary breakfast option, that is alu parata, poori sabji and bread butter. You have to order it 30 mins before. They don't have a buffet breakfast system.In a nutshell, it is a pathetic stay for us. Actually it is outside of the city, on state highway so I think this place is suitable for only one night stay, or only for transport workers like truck drivers. The owner of this hotel has no taste of aesthetics and beauty. The bed side table is a computer table and that is given in from low cost standard room to deluxe suite room.

Very good service. Rooms also quite clean

Main person at the front of the reception refused our online booking and would not let us stay even though we paid for it. We said we would cancel the booking and book directly with him for double the price (it was late at night and we were tired) and he still refused to accomodate us. Very rude and arrogant boy. I recommend Hotel Raj Residency which is close by. Their rooms are a lot better, cheaper and the staff were actually friendly.

Over all good but to be need more implement in services and room decoration
