I visited CIMS mathura for some treatment of my friend nd saw that the hospital very good all facilities.
I am moving one hospital to other for last 2 years because of sick family members. I've not seen worst hospital than this. They charge RS 400 for urine bag and they again charge Rs400 to put the tube of urine bag inside. They are charging RS 8000 for room for one day. No facility for attendents. Worst infrastructure. No hygiene.

Hi this is Subhash, I was going to Agra and I met with an accident near Mathura tall and I was taken to City super hospital Mathura by the Ambulance ( Express ways ambulance) Actually the worst hospital I have ever seen, they did nothing, my head has so many injuries and they didn't check anything and they changed more then the Max hospital. Overall when I requested them to discharge me they took so much time to discharge me because I wanted my further treatment in Delhi. Hospital staff who was very negligent came to me at the time of discharge and started asking my wife for money, saying that you should be thankful to God for your husband is alive. It was really disgusting.
Best hospital in mathura city and staff is also helpful and cooperative. During covid time all hospital denied to admit my wife in critical situation ,this is the only hospital who help us and treat in a good manner and budget freindly. Drs. Are also Good and behaviour of doctors are nice . I recomend all of u ....
Worst place to visit for anything, they are money minded people's even don't bother kounsa test Karwan hai kounsa nahi, jitney ho shake hai tab chahiye just to gain money. I would have rated negative if option available.

Recently visited health check up department of city hospital for a whole body check up. The staff at the health check department was courteous, helpful and very attentive. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for something similar services.
