Totally useless service, Dr. Vimal Kumar whom I am waiting since 9 o'clock in the hospital, There is no time for the doctor to come to the hospital, many people are waiting for him outside the cabin of Dr. Vimal in the hospital, But the doctor comes to the hospital on his own free will. There is no importance of the patient in the eyes of this doctor, I give the work of this doctor a very poor name.

I was very disappointed with the rude and unprofessional behaviour of Dr. Ankit Deshwal's OPD attendant. The doctor did not intervene or apologize for her actions, and instead treated my father-in-law with disrespect. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone who values quality care and compassion.

When a patient goes to a hospital, many doctors do a routine check-up to ensure maximum care. Similarly, when there are multiple doctors in one place, you can take as many opinions as you want. Further, you will never be left unattended with the availability of such professionals. It also offers everything under one roof. For instance, in the absence of hospitals, we would have to go to different places to look for specialist doctors in their respective clinics. This would have just increased the hassle and waste energy and time. But, hospitals narrow down this search to a great level. Hospitals are also a great source of employment for a large section of society. Apart from the hospital staff, there are maintenance crew, equipment handlers and more. In addition, they also provide cheaper healthcare as they offer treatment options for patients from underprivileged communities. We also use them to raise awareness regarding different prevention and vaccination drives. Finally, they also offer specialized treatment for a particular illness

Get admitted only if you don't want to live. Dr. Ankit Deswal and his team are responsible for my mother's death. Without running tests they allege severe condition of admitted patients when confronted deny such allegations. Also read documents you sign, they will forge statements and make you rather force you to sign procedures you don't wish to proceed with.

Perfect service. My father suffered from a major heart attack at around midnight. The doctor came urgently and performed the surgery. The staff is very dedicated. The hospital is very clean and hygienic. The hospital's service and hygiene standards are very high.

Worst & costly hospital in Haridwar, I was admitted for kidney stone opration but after opration continue admitted due to infection or fever. Till more than 1.1 lac cost paid and no relief.

positive aspects The hospital has a very good track record due to the experienced doctors. Like doctor no. A. Agarwal. This hospital deserves a 4 star rating for successfully treating every minor aggravated disease in a good percentage over the decades. You can reasonably expect treatment for almost all ailments at an average cost. My gratitude and thanks to the hospital for the service rendered in the district over the years. negative aspects 1. There is no parking facility. And more inconvenient experience for the patients coming from 4 wheelers. Hardly any improvement can be made on this. Like other average hospitals, its parking lot is on the road. 2. Lack of skilled persons to handle the crowd, condition of the counter is worrying and the level of conversation is very low. Which does not add to the preference of the hospital. As a civilization, the hospital should fulfill the responsibility of representing the main hospital of a city like Haridwar. The staff should be fully trained in professional and polite communication. This is the biggest negative point I would like to bring to your attention. Work has to be done on this. 3. Not having too many rooms or the building not being too big. There is another reason why too many treatments cannot be done at once. Can't say about improvement on this. This is completely the decision of the hospital. 4. Cleanliness, use of floor tiles and items used for meeting are slightly better than average. Much better results can be achieved by giving it a little more energy and attention. otherwise Rival hospitals will one day show themselves the mirror. You must have heard these lines of the hymn. The hospital staff/ nurses/ Insurance team are very well behaved, polite and understanding. The hospital is also very clean and well maintained apart from some corners. Most important to mention is Dr. Ankit Deshwal sir, me and my family thank you for being the dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate doctor you have been ! May god give you all the happiness and good health to and your family. This hospital is highly recommended.
