Gynecology department is excellent. had Very good experience in city hospital.Staff from reception and insurence desk are very polite and their communication is very clear. Special thanks to dr beena kumari, Labour room staff, reception staff (mrs blessy)and insurance staff (mrs surya).

First of all thank you for City hospital entire team was good Nursing team ,ivf team one of the best doctor available in city hospital Dr Sanam ...big thank you no words to say ..hospital atmosphere also good. Labour room nurses also very supportive ..again thank you

Gynecology department is good. Charges are very high including USG, other scans, Important blood test and other hospital charges compared to other main hospitals in the same class. Facilities are not up to the mark compared to other same class hospitals. That is the main disadvantage. Not a proper management for hospital appointment at all.

It's our immence pleasure to write an review about the experience we got from City Hospital. We were referred to Dr Sanam Basheer by our neighbor for my Wifes second delivery and We got the best service which we expect from an Hospital and which we had not received during our 1 st delivery. From the right beginning consultation till the moment of delivery we had a very well experience from our Sanam doctor and the all other staff of the hospital especially gynac dept, labour room, ( nurses not one or two but All )etc. We will definitely recommend City hospital and Dr Sanam Basheer To all our Friends and relatives. I was admitted to City hospital, EKM for a Laparoscopic surgical treatment a couple of days ago and the Doctors, nurses in OT, ICU and IP(3rd floor)and other staff ,Dietician and the Manager PR-Bindu) were taking good care of me. Special thanks to Dr.Sanam Basheer,Dr.Felix and Dr.Rashi Kurup for their loving care and professionalism. I'm impressed with the service and the cleanliness of the room, timing when given medicine and making rounds and asking me every single day about my health, how l feel, and other service given. Also Food from canteen was good. Thank you for the wonderful treatment. I truly appreciate. It means a lot especially at this difficult time.

The hospital is located at the heart of the city. The hospital boasts a number of great medical professionals in gynecology and paediatrics. One of the most famous paediatrician in Kerala Dr.venugopal works for this hospital. Gynecology is headed by the MD of the hospital Sanam Basheer, who is a gem of a person. She gave us confidence throughout our various visits from the first month till our baby got delivered. Special mention to Dr Prasanth who heads the scanning department and Dr.felix Nelson who is an amazing personality. As a team they are amazing. The nursing staffs are equally helpful, special mention to athira sister. The only negative we faced was with the reception, where a staff was so arrogant that we had to complain. I am pretty sure the hospital must have lost at least 5 percent of their customers due to the lady's attitude. Other than that our time at the hospital was hassle free. Excellent service provided. The charges for their services are on the higher side though, which is understandable provided the doctors are of high quality. The rates of the rooms are on the higher side but the facilities of the suite rooms was not upto the standard we expected. Hope they rectify it soon. Parking spaces are less. The hospital cannot accommodate more than 15 cars at a time, but there are 2 pay and park services adjacent to it. Recommended
