City Hospital & Research Centre - Private hospital in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

1)Here most of the trainee doctors have lots of attitude. They don't knw how to talk to patient without ego. 2) There should be atleast one dustbin kept below every bed as it is difficult for the patient to get up again and again to throw the waste as it is kept near the main door. 3) there is no proper management of IV and glucose giving.. they just Rome nd doesn't see that if it is required to be attached or not... that too patient should call then only they will attach. 4) Warning bell was not working.. after three rings they come, n asks what happen? that too in a rudely way. 5) When they switch on the light they don't switch off it... We shld go nd switch off or else call them. 6) at night before 12.30 light are not being off which made my sleeping schedule problematic and again at 6.30 they come for medicine, bedsheet change this all things which again create prblm in sleep.. and again then they don't switch off the lights. 7) And I don't know how hospital can give permission for cigarettes near the entrance of the hospital.. All the smell comes up directly in the room.. so how one can rest properly. Kindly look forward to my problems.. as no one goes in private hospital to face all this issues... And Please ask trainee doctore and nurses to show less attitude. Jazakallah khair

Dr was good but staff is very worst they don't know how to talk with patients and relatives. Specially reception staff on ground floor. They are very rude and dumb.

I would like to thanks a lot of Dr Sana Vali .she's one of my favourite Doctor in Mumbai City. Patient was high risk with brain clot and was advised transfer by previous Hospital to higher centre and was operated successfully easily here in city hospital under Dr Sana Vali. Staff and service was very good time to time. Also, there are some good quality in Dr.Sana. 1) quick response on call and WhatsApp 2) Good communication with pateint 3) professional advice etc. Once again thanks a lot Dr.Sana Vali.

Kurla City hospital & there doctors are 3rd class & worst. Due to Dr. Careless ness we lost our baby..we did what they said and after last routine checkup they said baby is unhealthy we need to go a head and out the baby....then as per city dr. Orders we immediately shift our baby into critics cares in Kohinoor City kurla hospital....and every times they also give wrong hopes to us baby will live live...after 24 days in we get confirmation of shifting in wadia hospital parel... On 25 night we said to Dr. We think to shift our baby tommoro on (26 day)....we never trust how this happen.....on 25th day our baby is shaking legs hands and 26th day morning our baby no more.....they only doing business.....dont visit those hospitals...they flush our money and not even give good treatment

This hospital is very dangerous don't come here any one pls if want good everything... Because here is delevery alway make the ceserian not normal. Don't come it's my advice brother and sisters

My experience was good... I get proper treatment from this hospital... Visiting city hospital is good decision..

Very bad experience OPD staff don't have manners to talk with the peshan office staff reshma she don't know how to talk plz improve your service also.

I took my Wife in the middle of night They did ECG check her BP was slightly high doctor did their job service was fast Got discharged in 1 hour Need more professionalism but still okay part Now the 2 star rating story Because of emergency I forgot to carry phone The time of payment when I gave my CC THEY ASKED ME TO PAY 2% XXTRA ON TOTAL AMOUNT WHICH I PAID EVEN THE LADY CASHIER WAS OVERSMART SAID ITS YOUR PROBLEM REMEMBER THAT MOVIE SCENE GABBAR IS BACK (KIND OF HOSPITAL) PLEASE DONT GO IF YOU DONT CARRY CASH OR DONT HAVE DIGITAL WALLET
