Good facilities caring staff treatment is very good

The physiotherapist Dr. Pendse is highly rude, unprofessional. He does body shaming for females in front of other customers.... Beware of Dr. Pendse.... Fat customers don't visit this hospital.... On complaining about Dr. Pendse 's behaviour, there is one Dr. Mr. Ajith who supports Dr pendse stating that he is a loyal Dr since decades.... Worst experience in physiotherapy Dr. Pendse and most injustice person Dr. Ajith who supports the bad behaviour....

Pathetic doctor ruined my life, I visited this Dr when I first time got pain in my left hip side. This doctor went and gave medicine till one month, I visited him 4 times in that period, my pain went into worst level. When I consulted other Dr he immediately asked me to do MRI, in which it got Avascular Necrosis Stage 3. If Mr Shetty would have took my concerns seriously and may have done MRI at very first or second visit, I would have been in first stage and this issue could have been cured. I am just 33 of age and till my last day I will curse this doctor.

A good hospital for issues related to bone, phisio and other related stuff

I have known Dr. Shetty for more than 10 years now. Everytime I have had a muscle or bone injury without any second thought I have straight away headed to City Hospital without any second thought. 1. Each session of consultancy with Dr.Shetty is the best thing about this place. The way in which he communicates always gives a positive feeling. That according to me is the most important thing for any patient for him/her to recover from any kind of illness or injury. 2. The behaviour of the hospital staff is friendly & cooperation is always extended by the nurses & admin staff. 3. The hospital is just about 5-7 mins walking distance away from the railway station which is an advantage for the people coming outside of Dombivli. Would definitely recommend City Hospital & Polyclinic to anyone who is looking for any kind Orthopaedic treatment in & around Dombivli.

I have done my Mother in law's operation at her age 79. Operation was successfully carried out. Thanks to all the staff and doctors. Doctor Ajit Khot was all the time with me and very very helpful in explaining the condition of my mother in law and about the treatment. Thanks to all once agin.

Worst doctor i met ever. And even today my friend said same about him as I thought before. He suggested me operate leg for ligament. I ask any other options he said no you will not even walk without operation. But today I can run and playing very well without operate. He just greedy for money.
