Pathetic staff support for patients. They don't clean the hospital premises and patient wards. Purposely they will delay your discharge date for earning more money. Think twice before you go and spoil your health.

Very good hospital and infrastructure with skilled doctors and staff

Excellent hospital , expert surgeons and caring nursing staff..... I had undergone for Lap Umbilical Hernia surgery in this hospital few months back... As I am working in top MNC and having premium insurance to get operated in any top hospital of country. But we have selected City hospital Udupi to get operated with Gem laparoscopic surgeon Capt Dr L Ramachandra... As expected, my surgery went very well.. No post operative complication... Doing well.. absolutely fine... I am really very obliged to City Hospital and Dr Ramachandra... One more thing, I am thankful to Dr Venkatesh Shanbagh as well, as he was Vitral in reducing my post operative pain by cracking nice joke of my pain and forcing me to smile, even after post operative pain

I visited this hospital for severe leg cut injury and I was soon taken to casualty area and the wound was treated for first aid. Operation theatre staff were very co-operative. Nurses are very punctual, responsive to queries and assistance and explained the discharge medicines very well. House keeping staff kept the room really clean and hygienic. Billing counter and insurance admins are co-operative for legitimate queries. I was treated by Dr. Harish Nayak and he is really good at what he does. Overall my experience was good!

The worst hospital... if you wanna kill yourself then do visit this hospital... they can help you...

Literally watched atleast 10 to 12 members of staff running back and forth from the operation theater when I visited for my husbands minor surgical treatment. My husband had to tell the staff to behave professionaly. Despite that the staffs unprofessional and negligent behaviour did not stop. My husband decided to walk out of the hospital before doing the surgery. After reading so many reviews can't imagine how the management has not taken any action yet to correct this sort of behaviour

Worst nursing care. Nursing staffs are lazy and are least bothered about the patient care, also to add they have zero knowledge. They do need some basic soft skill training as well. All Nurses sleep in post operative ward in empty patient beds, where actually need to be attentive. I will never recommend this hospital to anyone. Tables, windows are dusty and house keeping staffs never bothered to dust it throughout our stay in the hospital. IP billing is the only department which worked genuinely and also assisted with my claim approval.

Excellent caring services. Very friendly nurses's Compassionate and healing touch of doctors. Not to mention the least, good canteen facility with door services when required. Thank uh all staff and doctors
