Not up to the mark,room rent is vv high,No drinking water provided. Bed sheets & towels are dirty,need much more attention towards service & basic amenities.
Great location, very close to Mgr Chennai Central . Hotel staff is extremely warm, friendly, helpful, and made our stay very pleasant. Rooms are clean, with all amenities. Bed size can be bigger. TV had plenty of channel options. Highly recommend staying here.

Very close to Chennai Central Railway Station. Polite staff, good room service. Easy check in. My train was late by more than two hours and I reached the hotel by midnight. The ever smiling service was there with hassle free check in The room was ready with clean sheets, and fully functional AC. Had a great sleep
Most nice hotel in Chennai. We have reservations in 26th april but unfortunately we arrived there in 27th april morning for train late. We inform them and they are agree with us and given a wonderful duplex room. The tea ise awesome and room services are satisfactory.
An excellent hotel with very good reputation adjacent to Chennai Central on Walltax road. The manager himself takes care of his customers. Room boys and security people are all very submissive. Drinking water bottles are provided. Hot and cold water is available 24 hours in the bathroom. Room is very clean. AC as well as fan are available in good running condition. Nothing adverse noticed. A comfortable hotel for family stay. Deserves full marks
The management of the hotel is good and very helpful. The staff is good but Chennai has a severe Language Problem and they do not understand either English or Hindi - hence, communication is a hinderance. Several joints of food around for all budgets. We did not use the Food & Drinks at hotel. Amenities have nothing specific to offer. Very neat and well maintained place, close to Central Railway Station. Strongly recommended. This was our 2nd stay and we will continue to come :)

No hassles while checking in or checking out. Cons: 1. Unused rooms should be cleaned on a regular basis to avoid dust settling in. 2. Care should be taken to ensure the bedsheet linen should be spotless. Otherwise an overall pleasant stay.
