Bad service, bad food. Ordered Rajasthani thali INR300/- as per menu this should contain multiple items like papad, buttermilk, ice cream and one more vegetable item. All these items were missing (see photo). Complained to the waiter and he was not even remotely sorry. Well it was not just me who was unsatisfied with the service, the table next to us ordered Jain food, they were up for a huge shock - onions and garlic in the gravy. Such a disgrace for good Rajasthani food. Avoid this restaurant.

Highly disappointed with the place in total -be it the food,the ambience,the service. Basics - Your waiter doesn't even seem to know H of Hospitality.Has this numb expression for everything and anything. Fools day isn't everyday-Don't get fooled by the number of people inside the restaurant,they are probably there because of their local guide recommendation and would 100% be disappointed by end of it. Tipping your local guides,taxi wallas,auto guys ain't gonna get you happy customers. What u really need to do? Kindly focus on giving a good service and tasty food.
Extremely poor response given by the staff. They are extremely lackluster and provide extremely slow service. They also don't seem to care a bit about your requirements. It is quite expensive and the food also is not worth the money paid. Kindly refuse if your local guides recommend you this restaurant.
Pathetic service, pathetic management. Short staffed, EXTREMELY SLOW and it was a chaos everywhere. Literally everyone was having an argument with the staff at the table and the billing desk. Had to wait for water for 20 minutes, still didn't receive it, finally had to go and get it from the fridge myself. Received incomplete thali compared to the menu. Not advised to visit during crowded times.
Never Ever go to this restaurant even if it is the last option to have food ! They charge Double price even if you eat 1plate and even after pointing out the waiter fault and we said to check the camera footage they argued. As a local guide I will never recommend yo eat at this restaurant!
