Gym for fitness people nice and comfortable for females
Neat and clean, well maintained gym
2 barbells. Incline and flat bench. Barbell/squat stand. Smith machine. Cable machine. Lat pulldown. Leg extension/curl. Leg press.
Has cardio machines like treadmill & cross trainer and decent selection of weights. But becomes a problem if too many people workout at the same time.
Good for 10-12 people at a time. Not big. No particularly fancy equipments/machines. Friendly administration. Reasonable fees. Changing room and toilet.
Timings are 0530-1030, 1500-2130 on all days except Sundays (both men & women).
Bring your own music and lifting belt if possible.
