Very overpriced, 1920/- for blenders pride. Simple Dal fry 210/-. Chicken chili with artificial colours and no taste in chicken fry. Duck meat was fantastic. Overall not worth visiting.
Food is good. We ordered jst chicken masala with plain rice and papad. Taste is good price is little bit costly for chicken masala only four pieces are there. Clean space overall good but empty this time
Ordered mutton biriyani and kadhai chicken. The item was full of oily, used with low graded oil. The so-called biriyani rice was fried in full oil, with all fats (charbi) pieces of khasi seems like pork fats, who knows!! No sign of red meat. Really disappointing. It should be noted, to match up the quality of the food...
The dhaba is very easy to locate, average food quality, I visited the dhaba during the 2nd Durga puja night, the dhaba was heavily crowded, we managed to get a cabin, ordered tandoori roti with Chicken butter masala, and a BOTTLE of Magnum packed water, the worst thing they are doing is charging excess price on all items, one of them is water bottle, when I approached the cash counter to enquire about charging Rs. 25/- on a 1 litre water bottle instead of 15, none of them were able to answer me that, then one person came and whispered me that labours are charing more wages due to puja so we are taking 25 rupees i.e 10 extra, and another person said these bottle are from Indian Railway supplier , dont know what they wanted to prove, So i request all visitors to have a look on the prices of water bottle before paying. Now the food part, taste of the food is below average, I would rate 2 out of 5 for the Chicken item. 2.1 for Tandoori roti. 4 for Staff behavior. 2 for quantity of food. 1.5 for serving dishes. Overall a very bad experience. My recommendation is not to have food in City Dhaba, especially during festive seasons.
Nice food. Ac cabins for summers! Hot food got served without much waiting.
It's ok sort of . Easy to locate , on the highway. Food is ok . Needs to give preference to cleaniness, which is missing . Open tables are good to sit but the cabins inside stink. Restrooms really needs attention, they are dirty , stinky and unattended .
They serve best butter naan and gurlic naan in north Assam!
Good quality food, hygienic, staffs are well behaved, the manager Mr. Mahanta is jem of a person.
