Very very bad experience. I had asked for medium length hair cut, the hair stylist Mr. Nadeem cut my hair to short length. He was so quick and in hurry to just chop my hair to such short length and didn't even hesitate once. Even after i had clearly given him my intension of keeping my hair at medium length. Trusted the wrong person with my hair. Guided me very wrongly.

Citrus is undoubtedly our favourite salon to be at for multiple reasons, but most importantly because of the hospitality and the quality service we as customers get at Citrus Spa My mom and I usually come here for a blow dry, but I decided to get a hair cut done here for the first time. Mr.Suhel had a fantastic approach towards styling my hair. Although I was very confused at first about what style, shape etc I should go for, I was patiently briefed about the looks that would/would not suit me and had extremely knowledgeable inputs from him. His way of dealing with your hair from helping you choose from styles to styling them until the very end is just splendid, he has his own approach towards giving you a great and a unique style that perfectly fits your needs, and it was extremely pleasing once I got the final results; highly professional and patient! The entire vibe here at Citrus Spa, is super super down to earth and warm. Whether it's the receptionist (Lakshmi) making sure all your requirements are being fulfilled and you're at the utmost comfort while your time here or Mr. Nadeem showering his hair expertise and giving you the best hair style you could ask for or Mr. Suhel as usual presenting you with the best hair cuts and styles, they make you and your wants feel heard and the staff really feels like people who take their art seriously. Left the salon with gorgeous and very healthy hair. No rush, great style, trust Suhel with your hair!

This was such a good experience for me and my daughter. This was my daughter's first time and she said she had a splendid time. She had the manicure and pedicure, haircut and the clean up. The haircut makes her face look splendid. I think this place was a very relaxing and comforting place. Excellent customer service. Thanks to Laxmi and Nadeem. Perfect place for a girls day out!!

Visited for my baby's haircut, ambience is amazing, top notch so were the staff. Only thing was they are not transparent with the prices, it's high but that's not the issue. Price transparency is the issue. Other than that all good.

Nadeem one of the Citrus Staff is very arrogant & ill mannered. He has no decency. Today's experience at CITRUS is horrendous.

The ambience is good. Service is good but locker facilities for valuables is missing. Though it's mentioned in the service signing form. Over all its an ok experience. Can do better. Thank you.

Good option for a regular haircut and average massage setup with some good therapists.
