Citrus Hotel Cunningham - Hotel in Bengaluru - default, India

Pros: 1. The location is pretty convenient and accessible. 2. Hotel rooms were clean inspite of it being an old property. 3. In-room dining experience was really nice. This includes the service, taste and quality of food. 4. Staff behaviour at all times was really nice and welcoming. 5. Decent amenities provided inside the room including a refrigerator, dental kit, etc. Cons: 1. The access card mechanism does not work really well and is a pain to use. They should implement the tap feature thats usually seen in most hotels. 2. The lift seems to be rather too slow and small. 3. The buffet spread was decent but the quality/taste of most items were sub-par.

We really enjoyed the stay. The food was amazing and the staff were really supportive. Mr. Prince at the reception was really helpful from the time of checking in throughout our entire stay. Will definitely return next time.

Decent hotel. Outside View is not good due to undergoing construction next to it. You can get better options in this rate. They charge mostly for the location. People visits mostly for business purpose. Rooms are decent and clean

The rooms are good and spacious. The only thing which i felt unprofessional was that post checkin no one accompanied us to the room or mentioned timings of breakfast or meals. When i ordered in room meal, they forgot to bring a part of my order. It can be one of a kind of miss. Summarising if you want a good place to crash, its recommended. Food not 5/5 definitely.

Very good location, nice rooms and excellent staff. Rooms are nice and need a little maintenance in restroom as I noticed some mould. Buffet breakfast was good which was included in the room price . Hotel has two restaurants and round the clock in room service. Hotel offers A la carte for lunch and both A la carte and buffet for dinner. Buffet dinner was also great and worth the price which is 1000 inr per head which also has a complimentary beer. Buffet dinner is served at roof top restaurant with bar and A la carte served at ground floor restaurant. Restaurant staff at breakfast and dinner was extremely courteous and makes u comfortable.

The hotel is very neat . The services and food were good at both the restaurants. Mr Rudhra was very polite and gave us a very pleasant breakfast experience. Mr. Shivakumar also gave us a great experience in dinner. The food was very tasty and would recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Overall had a very happy stay.

Location is not walkable distance from either the famous Church Street of Bangalore or cubbon Park or Indira Gandhi musical fountain garden. The room rent is higher compared to other similar or better hotels in the vicinity. The green salad served in breakfast was not washed properly and had significant amount of dirt. We finally decided to vacate the hotel on accout of hygiene, location and price in favour of another hotel in the vicinity of Church Street.

Rooms were good , there is no separate lockers attached in wardrobe,that option would be better . Food tastes good but there are very very less dishes compared to other hotels , very small area for buffet . Desserts were too less .
