Excellent hotel, service and food. Do try their dinner buffet, both South and North Indian options are extremely tasty. They also give 2 piece of laundry complimentary per day if asked. Room costed me Rs5.5k/night for breakfast+lunch. Even their basic room is quite good

Having stay for few days here and liking the food as well as the room service and cleaning. Poornima is someone who always asks if the food is good or not and takes feedback from me. It's a good thing that they are trying their best and listening to their customers.

My stay at Citrus Classic Bengaluru was truly exceptional. The hotel rooms exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and amenities. Everything was immaculate, and the attention to detail was impressive. I look forward to my next visit to experience this exceptional level of comfort once again

Had one bad experience. I booked the stay for 4 days and on the first day my room was messy and the private intimate apparel were lying around. I did not know that If the DND tag was not kept the hotel management will have full right and they will clean the rooms. The intimate apparel were folded but I was disgusted by this move. I should have give the warning or head up at least. Pros: Decent price for the amenities and the standards. Work/Study table Wifi network is decent and gets the job done. Gym is small but has treadmill and weights which at least covers most of my requirement. Good hot water all the time, even for the sink. Tissue papers and toiletries and water was replaced everyday. Lockers, Fridge and hair drying are available. 24*7 checkin and checkout. Friendly workers, receptionist, servers etc. Cons: The bedsheets doesn't smell fresh. The restaurant food is okay, but too pricey. (Cup of coffee cost 65 rupees) There is no nearby supermarket or decent restaurant if you want to dine in. The swimming pool is missing for the price.

The hotel is situated in a vantage area of the IT corridor in Bangalore. The breakfast spread was very average with lackluster taste. The rooms were clean and somewhat big for the cost, but the toilets were a very big drawback. They had just bifurcated the room and the toilet with a glass partition. The taps and other fixtures were placed in such a way that it was a task for a normal person to use and a big risk for a senior citizen to use. There are other better options with a small increase in budget around the same place.

This hotel provides you car parking facility. the food served my them is one the best and affordable along too. And the condition of the room provide is so good and also hotel staff is at the best. So when you go as a tourist and search for hotel you are recommend to visit that hotel for a stay.

Good location on main road, good connectivity with nearby places. Rooms are neat and clean, breakfast options are decent, live kitchen takes care if you need anything. Decent level hotel for office and personal stay. Thank you.
