My father was admitted in this hospital. The staff of the place and nurses of ICU are very rude, inefficient, careless towards the patient. All the time busy with chatting etc. If you are admitting any one then you will never find any concrete answer from the hospital that what has happened to your near ones. They never share any details as I believe they don't have ANY EXPERIENCED AND GOOD DOCTOR. So before you go there, think think and think
It's the worst hospital I have ever witnessed.First of all there is no ct scanner and it's a Nuero hospital. Then they gave my patient hospital based pneumonia from intubation .and at last they will take your money and tell you to shift to another hospital because they can't do anything .even if you are dying don't go in this hospital because eventually they will kill you

Behaviour and the tone of the staffs are very rude, they did mistakes every time in the crucial documents which I have to submit to the HR of my company but when we called them and asked them they denied and said "Mediclaim to peye gachen abar ki", when we told them we will complaint about this they said "Ja korar kore nin Jan".. literally horrible experience..

Wrost. Fraud hospital I have ever seen..they make patients more helpless..And also make the pateints sychologically ill in order to draw more money..I admitted my grandmother she was having head related problem,they have done cityscan of whole body but didn't done the scan of head..They draw the amount of 45k in 1 and half day.. forcefully they kept her in ICU even it was not needed. It was like she is having headache and they are treating STOMACHACHE. I discharged her from there and admitted to other hospital it was a silly thing that has to be cure..And got fine within 2 days..and they charged only 4 thousand. LOL

A new hospital in the city. So it's new in this hospital industry. Need to developed some basic system. but I believe that will be develope very soon. Like online OPD appointment through website, there is one billing counter which is underground all section billing done in one place so there is always rush, need different desk for different OPD. need proper departmental indication, public adress system for OPD, but One thing, attrack me that they provide you Printed prescription which is rare in this city. OPD doctor have there own SYSTEM after listening form patient they type name of medicine and cause of disease. after completing of checkup they provide Printed Prescription from OPD billing section. Over all experience quite good.
