Citi Neuro Centre - Hospital in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

I am bound to give this 1 star or else I wouldn't have given this 1 star also. It's a trend to make patients wait for hours and hours in the name of appointment. Building up large hospitals isn't a big deal you need to extend proper hospitality to the patients. I am sorry to say but there is no time management in this hospital. And don't know what level of attitude does the assistant has, educated illiterates they are, they can't even speak politely. We are not taking the treatment for free ,we are paying for it.

I wish I could give a rating in minus, worst possible management ever. Arrived at the hospital at around 1.30 for our appointment at 1.45. Got zero response from reception in the first place. Even after standing in a queue for quite sometime. As it's a super expensive hospital, paid a sum of 1100rs to see the Dr. Then we waited there for our turn around 1 and a half hour without knowing anything. The staff were very rude and lack courtesy to relay proper information. Though the Dr is super nice and experienced

Hospital is very good.Dr.Srikanth Goud sir treatment is excellent.All the staff and environment is very good.I admitted my father under General Physician.I suggest this hospital to my friends and family members.Thank you for your Service towards patient.

Here Dr roopam is the worst doctor I have ever seen During consultation only junior doctors will talk to patient or with you. He pretends like a bussiest doctor in the world and dont even try to talk with us. At the end of the consultation he just talk to us for 10 seconds Don't take appointment of him

This place, I tell you, has the absolute worst front desk staff imaginable! It's a colossal headache just trying to get any help from them. They go ahead and schedule your appointment only to cancel it whenever they feel like it. And don't even get me started on how often the doctors mysteriously vanish when you actually have an appointment. Happened for the third time. :(

I came to consult Dr Ratna Kishore sir he is very good doctor and reception staff is kindly and very condonation people thank to all I refer all to this hospital

Dr Nikhileshwar sir, It is our responsibility to ask questions on behalf of the patient. It is also your responsibility. Because we are village farmers. If you know, we will try to ask you 2 , 3 times to find out what the problem. Sorry if there is any mistake Don't get me wrong, your answer will give us great joy and encouragement. We also have the courage to tell our patients

My grandmother got her open heart surgery done in this hospital. It's been three months now she is completely fine. We have consulted seshagiri doctor then.Maintainance is also Good.they have valatho parking too .the only problem we faced is during final payment there was little less coordination between insurance department and bill payment dept.
