Good stay, staff behaviour was good, clean toilets, but water pressure & water jam was there in two different rooms that we have booked during our stay. Price is also a matter, little expensive. Overall Good to stay there. Room No 1 & his service from staff boys was Good. Newspaper supplied. Tea kettle & freeze was there for instant use.

Elegant service/ Attractive price @Rs 1500/- with bright light in rooms , neat& clean hotel, clean toileetries, washroom toiletries, shampoo, sanitiser, dettol, tea kettle with tea bags & all are very good. I stayed for 5 days & experienced a satisfied STAY. Neat clean atmosphere with professionalism mind set of employees.

Absolutely garbage experience. The manager told us that they had a room available at the time, however when we got there the rooms were all full and we were expected to wait 4 hours until the check-in time and this hotel feels like a scam. The manager also had an attitude too. They also seem like the people to remove negative reviews and use bots to add positive ones. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Overall stay was fine. But there are areas of improvement such as all amenities should be checked before handling the room. I was required to call reception several times. Also ACs needs some maintenance as lot of noise was there. Rest overall staff is well behaved and cooperative. Food is good.

Staff Well Discipline, But The Rude Behaviour Of Manager In Front Of Their Customers Is Offending Service Is Good But Only One Thing Makes It Worst It Is The Attitude Of The Manager Makes It Not Comfortable To Hang Around......

I and my colleague booked two rooms in this hotel offline after seeing photos on google and its looks good and the room was neat and clean . After checking I found toilet and wash basin is not clean properly. TV is not working. We have booked breakfast also .After giving 3-4 reminder we got only butter toast and tea almost after 45 minutes.Service is very poor. There was only two staff at that time who was managing all things.Out side food is not allowed while they are unable to give service and food on time.

Staff members are super friendly and rooms are very clean and premium. This is my second time and the only feedback i want to give is the food service is super slow. It took 45 mins to deliver 5 cups of tea. Please work on your food service. Rest everything is fine.

I checked into this hotel to attend a marriage function. The hotel has an adjoining cafe . The staff here are very polite and helpful. The cafe provides great value to the options provided.
