Citi Business Hotel - Hotel in Surabi, Puducherry - Pondicherry, India

Had the worst experience. The staff are rude and arrogant. This place is not family friendly. The bathroom door was broken and could not lock. Did not give extra beds to accommodate all guests. Even the bare minimum service is not available in this hotel. They charge very high for the quality of service they provide. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Worst behaviour from reception they are not givig bills to my payment yet they received payment in advance when asked they never pick call. If we as they simply replying that they will not reply if customer shouts. The what we are supposed to do?

This hotel is first time,I booked many hotels in pondy,but this hotel is worst. Because I call house keeping they call to manger he said sir your came before one day before so cont change bed sheets once your vecate your room we will cleen. I feel bad with this hotel

Very Worst'u rooms and service. I wouldn't choose it again and wouldn't recommend anybody to chose this for their stay in Pondicherry which would literally ruin their party feel...

Best hotel in Puducherry.It is located in the heart of the city with a bar and also with a rooftop bar.

This hotel is located in Pondicherry and it's 1.2 KM from the beach. Rooms are not good and it's not a family friendly hotel. The Check-in & Check-out timings is 24 Hours.

Unhygienic rooms with worst room service. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone
