During my recent trip to Bangalore I had the pleasure of staying at Citadel Hotel, and I must say it was a delightful experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions and transportation hubs, making it easy to navigate and explore the surroundings. Additionally, the neighborhood had a charming ambiance with plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. The staffs were friendly and attentive. They were always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries, and their genuine hospitality made me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my stay. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was dedicated to ensuring a comfortable and memorable experience. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The bed was cozy, and I had a restful night's sleep each night. The amenities provided were thoughtful and added a touch of convenience to my stay. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary toiletries and the well-stocked minibar.
I arrived today at the hotel with my family. Everything seems good except thst the AC isn't functioning properly in the rooms. We have already changed our room once as there was no cooling from the AC. The other room where we shifted is similar and was cooling better than the first room but after an hour the AC stopped cooling efficiently.
Good staff overall service is sactisfactory. Reservation member Ms.Vidhya given good guidlines and FO team given a proper care. Being well connceted to railway station and other city centers saravor gives you best in the city.

Rooms are well maintained but ac is not working and neither do they have fans we complained several times but they did not fix it. We even complained at reception and they still did not fix it.
I visit so many country's as i am a business man. But these much of management support and hospitality I get in this hotel, was never experience before. If these hotel runs their staff like these it will developed soon. Specially Front office manager MS dropati kumari and Suhana Yasmin support me a lot as I missed my lagguagge at my airport it is not reaching to me they allow me late check out and help me.
One of the best hotel in this area. Very neat and tidy halls,rooms etc. The services are good and staff are also good. The restaurant are nice and their dishes are tasty..... All over this hotel is very good.
