In the year 2006, I spend few days in this Circuit House as the guest of Assam Police. The language problem was so difficult for me at that moment. But later day by day I could understood their language. The people are so cute with friendly behave. I love the people and they also returned the same. Also at the end in a good bye party they offered me the local wine, which I have been really enjoyed. I realized smiley behavior can gain the victory everywhere. later i again went their with my spouse. I really now missed those golden days of Udalguri.

very dirty .....no cleaning done here... maintenance is very poor... circuit house us fill with garbage... building is made with very good quality items...administration not looking seriously..
