Resently I had a night stay in the hotel room ,I have booking MakeMyTrip delux AC room 08/06/2023 it was very bad experiences ,First the whole room was given a bad smell, The entire room that was given to me full of bad smell, so I asked if we can give another room and we said if it is cash we will give it They gave us another roomand sprayed everting before we left ,After 10 minutes the smell was same there was heater and the lock was not safe at all.
Rooms were exceptionally clean and hygienic. Staff were generous and kind. Mr. Jeffin who was the manager during our stay went an extra mile to help us with whatever we needed even in the middle of the night. His suggestions regarding the nearby events, restaurants and other specialties nearby helped us a lot to explore the place better. Thank you Cinnamon County and it's staff especially Jeffin for the amazing experience.
The County is at the centre of the town which is the highlight. There are AC and non AC rooms which are neat and clean. NON AC rooms have water heaters. There is no restaurant within the County but there are many restaurants at walkable distance from the County. They do not accept credit card payments only cash or payments via UPI.

Recently I had a night stay in the hotel, the room was neat and clean. There were no disturbance. The receptionist was good also. Only downfall is the area where it is located.
We have conducted a small customer meeting here, they have a small hall for small types of gatherings, location is in thodupuzha town only having Clam atmosphere, parking available,
Don't expect WiFi. Cleanliness can be improved. Rest all okay.
