Good coffee shop inside DB Mall. Once you are tired and sone with your shopping you can grab a quick coffee and cinnamon roll which will refresh your mind. Don't try the Red Velvet Cup Cake. It is full of cream and so so sweet. You will diabetes after eating this. Rest you can have hot and cold coffee.
Good place overall to go with friends and family. The roll served is also nice.
Experience couldn't get worse! None of the staff was wearing gloves. Cashier was using computer, handling cash for 3-4 customers before me and then handed over a cupcake to me bare handed. (And Cupcake was hard like a rusk) On my raising the issue, he says I washed my hands in the morning. Pathetic! Then they served me burnt Pretzel as in picture Not recommended at all!

Took classic cinnabon and a hot chocolate. Classic cinnabon tasted like it ws weeks old. Tasted stale. And the milk used in the hot chocolate, seemed like, 3 liters of water added to the 1 liter milk. Tasted like they added bournvita in the hot water. One of the worst hot chocolate i ever had..!!
I usually order a cappuccino and a pretzel. They mostly try to maintain the taste. The problem with this joint is their staff, it keeps changing every day or every other day literally. I once had a lopsided pretzel. If you ask them for a flavored pretzel it will have a little sprinkle of flavor. You can almost never order more than 2 pretzels at a time because then they have to make dough and that'll take them 30-40mins. I stay away from bigger cinnabons because they are literally a dough ball, stale and dry. If I really am craving them I go for mini bons but they are almost always stale. Staff has always been amicable or professional except maybe once. I go back for selected menu items.

Well cinnabon is american based company and some of item are made with Cinnamon in there bakery items which was very surprise and full of Excitement , There are so many items to explore and I'll share the pictures too. chocolate cinnabon and coffee to was good , next time I'll definitely try classic cinnabon. U guys can get the combination also which is available with suitable price. Just love it. All the best cinnabon.
