Cinnabon is located in Shivaji Stadium Metro Station at Mezzanine floor VFS Global. The ambience is good and quite relaxing. I ordered Chilita Mango. It was ready in 5min and self service. The place was busy and people around were enjoying different snacks. It's a good place to eat, sit and relax when you come for USA, Canada or any other country visa formalities at VFS Global.

It was ready in 5min and self service. Mini Caramel Pecanbon was awesome in taste. Chilita Mango was made of fresh mangoes yummy in taste. We also ordered Latte, Caramel Minibon and Veg Sandwich. Caramel Minibon and Veg Sandwich were good in taste. Latte was yummy. It's a good place to eat, sit and relax when you come for USA, Canada or any other country visa formalities at VFS Global.

Huge rush makes service slower and also difficult to find place to seat. Took Cold coffee and mini chocobon for 240Rs ( special deal). Chocobon was good, but can't say same about coffee.

The staff is non cooperative. The lemonade tasted like water and lemons. Very bad in taste. The chocobon was very dry . We have had multiple visits to cinnabon but it never tasted like that. It tasted stale. It is located in a very dingy atmosphere. Will definitely not recommend this outlet

I have been a fan of Cinnabon for quite some time, enjoying their delectable treats and the wide range of food options they offer. However, my recent experience at the Cinnabon located at the VFS office in Delhi was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. Upon arriving at the outlet, I was immediately struck by the lack of seating capacity. Despite the obvious limitation, the staff continued to take orders without informing customers about the seating constraints. This resulted in a chaotic environment where customers were left scrambling for a place to sit and enjoy their meals. After placing my order, I patiently waited for a seat to become available. Unfortunately, I had to endure a 15-minute wait without any sign of a vacant spot. It became increasingly clear that the cashier was aware of the situation but seemed unwilling to address the problem promptly. I approached the cashier to discuss the matter and requested that my order be canceled and refunded due to the unavailability of seating. To my dismay, the cashier flatly refused, disregarding my valid concern. What made this situation even more frustrating was that I hadn't ordered something that could be consumed on the go, like a coffee. I had ordered two sandwiches, one coffee, and one large Cinnabon, all of which require a table and seating to properly enjoy. The overall experience left a sour taste in my mouth, figuratively and literally. While I have always enjoyed the delicious offerings from Cinnabon, this particular outlet failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service. The lack of seating capacity and the unwillingness of the cashier to accommodate customers' concerns reflected poorly on the management and their commitment to customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope that the management of the Cinnabon outlet at the VFS office in Delhi takes immediate steps to rectify these issues. It is crucial to ensure that customers are informed about the limited seating availability before placing their orders, and necessary measures should be taken to address the concerns of customers who find themselves without a place to sit. Until these problems are resolved, I cannot recommend visiting this particular Cinnabon outlet, despite my overall positive experiences with the brand.

I tried their paneer sandwich and cafe mocha. Both was amazing. They honoured my request for some extra chocolate in the mocha, which made it little bit sweeter as per my liking.

This place is located inside the campus of Shivaji metres station and VfS centre !! The service is bit slow Quality of the food is okay !! They can improve it but better too!! As this is hub for the people who come to apply their visa so they have to improve the quickness in the service!!

Cinnabon is a wonderful place to enjoy with friends or family or even alone if you want to give yourself a treat or pamper yourself. This place is having great options of coffee, bakes and Patti's tiers. I loved their amazing Hot chocolate as well. Even cupcakes are available and lots to choose from. I am insanely in love with chocolates that's why I tried their chocolate cupcake. It's beautifully decorated with gems and loaded with chocolate. What else can women want.... Highly recommended....
