Cinnabon - Cafe in Chandigarh - Panchkula, India

I recently visited Cinnabon at Elante Mall, and overall, I had a delightful experience. The aroma of freshly baked cinnamon rolls that greeted me as I entered the store was truly enticing. The menu had a decent variety of options, mainly centered around their signature cinnamon rolls. I ordered their classic Cinnabon roll with cream cheese frosting, and I must say, it was a sugary slice of heaven. The roll was soft and gooey, just as I expected it to be. The sweetness was balanced well with the cream cheese frosting, which added a tangy touch. However, the reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because it was a tad too sweet for my taste. A little less sugar in the dough or frosting would have made it perfect. The staff was courteous and quick to serve, which was a plus point. The seating area was clean and comfortable, providing a good space to enjoy my treat.

Cinnabon has been one of my favourite sweet spots in the town ! Though the menu is simple but they do the best. The original Cinnabon or a classic or bites are all amazing. You can easily taste if they are a fresh batch and that glaze on top is cherry on the cake ! The rolls were cinnamony, sweet, soft and perfect for somebody who has a sweet tooth . What I also was super impressed from was that I was trying to purchase the only one Cinnabon bites left, and the gentleman who was making a receipt for me clearly said no as he honestly told me it's from the morning batch and they would personally feel bad and unethical if they served that to me. I was taken aback by the honesty he offered me. This small simple act stole the whole show for me. The ambience is cozy, the staff is really courteous and polite and the pricing is average. What's not to like about it ? Absolutely loved my experience at Cinnabon.

We loved this place very much an year and two years before. But now there service and food detiorates too much. They serve you stale rolls ( 4 hours pre cooked rolls). I need to pass this review to management that your food quality is not good and team here is not working as per standards of cinnabon worldwide.

Cinnabon has quickly become our family's go-to destination for a mouthwatering treat! We recently visited their establishment, and I must say, it was a delightful experience that left a lasting impression on us. The best part about our visit was witnessing the pure joy on my 3-year-old's face as they indulged in the delectable Cinnabon creations. It's not easy to impress a little one with a discerning palate, but Cinnabon managed to win their heart (and taste buds) completely. Seeing them savor each bite with wide-eyed excitement was truly heartwarming. Speaking of the treats themselves, Cinnabon's offerings are nothing short of heavenly. The moment we stepped inside, the irresistible aroma of freshly baked cinnamon rolls enveloped us, instantly whetting our appetites.

The cinnamon rolls and coffee are amazing. Must visit when in Chandigarh. They've also opened a brand in sector-9

Awesome coffee, awesome cinnabon, and awesome cinnamon stix. In fact, they serve one of the best coffee in town! What the hell happened to serving coffee in actual coffee cups!!! I get it that a lot of coffee chains serve in disposable cups but at least give an option, especially for dine-in...even a giant chain like Starbucks offers an option for dine-in customers. Kindly consider because not only it provides a good customer experience, it makes you look environmentally responsible, as well!

It's a nice place with good staff. The only downside was the Cinnabon was a bit too sweet. Maybe they can add an option less sweet Cinnabon in their menu. Overall a good experience.

5 star for the person on billing counter* Location - 4/5 ( cute kiosk on first floor with decent sitting space ) Menu - 5/5 Quality - 5/5 Quantity - 5/5 Value for money - 5/5 - the person behind the counter was really humble won't say the same for the female who was packing the goods from shelf. - it's classic Cinnabon and you can never go wrong with sugar. - I won't really recommend the cupcakes and other things but if u want classic roll on the go and all then you must try. - drinks were good too just little bit extra sweet I guess.
