There are no subtitles for any of the Indian movies even if the website mentioned it. Secondly they play too many ads in the interval due to which by the time the movie ends they are forcing people to leave without the whole thing finishing because they need to prepare for the next showing. If you are so greedy then play less adds or have gap between shows. The Air Conditioning was off from the start and they only switched it on a few minutes before the interval hoping no one would notice.
CCPL screens are good. But the snacks here are way out of price. Popcorn's small tub is 310rs. One coffee is 190rs.
I would be glad to give a 0 star rating to this horrible theatre with the worst quality seats, screen, ambience. The AC was not turned ON in the theatre until I complained to the manager. After paying Rs. 200 per head they want us to suffocate just because there were only 30 odd members in the theatre.
Been here on Saturday 22-Jul-2023. Parking [P] is there. Theater is maintained well. I felt delivery of order to seat could have been convenient. Toilets are neat. Rest all good .
Very compact space with no Air conditioning kept on in waiting lounge. One of the costliest place for snacks Popcorn starts at 310 for just 40 grams. Once visit will never visit . Please improve to welcome guests and wish to bring down prices of beverages and food for convenience of guests.
Need to improve seating, as the seats were squeaking a lot.. and the top row seats are not at all comfortable, when you try to lean back the base of the seat to tilts up.
Losing its premium feel slowly. Have been visiting this theatre regularly over the years and can notice a decline in the maintenance. Plus the building housing it has also been having issues. Poor parking, narrow approach roads etc are affecting the property. Having said that, this theatre is still the best in this area. Hopefully the management can take corrective measures and get back their mojo.
The screen I went to was well maintained. I had gone for a fairly big movie mid 2023 and bought the ticket for 200 (which is the going rate). My only issue with this place is the sound quality. Even though there are speakers lining the hall, only the ones in the front seem to be the ones being used.
