My name is Harmanpreet Kaur. I wanted to say this. Their service is so useless I can't tell. When we saw the last time movie, the ac was not working. Because of non-working of ac, we said that we want refund, then they said that it is okay, it will not be able to be refined. You take this voucher which can be redeemed on your next visit, so we also took it. Now when we came to watch the movie, there they said that you will not get the seat which we had arranged last time. We spent 1000 rupees and for perimun seat we will never come again to cinepolis to watch movie manager there don't even know how to talk to customer pathetic service
Todays experience was good. Cinepolis has maintained its cinemas. Rest it's far better now. But people were sitting with their legs on front chairs wd shoes on and surprisingly none of the staff took the pain to tell them to take their lega off the chairs. Very surprising and letharhic attitude of cinepolis staff. It happened on screen 3 show ag 9.15
Multiplex is very well maintained... It is located inside the Mall of Amritsar... Ticket price is reasonable... It is very neat and clean...
Not too bad for shopping should be much better if added some more good brands
Best movie experience ,audio quality is awesome. 5 screens, they provide food in between d movie ,no need to leave ur seat or w8 for d interval. Neat and clean seats,good fragnace, staff is fully vaccinated.

Movie quality sound experience good, but snacks extremely expensive. There is no combo less than 1000. We are a couple. 2 Seats use to cost us 360 to 900 Depending upon seat catagory and days But combo and snacks cost us 1000 to 1500 So we preffer PVR or Novelty mall One more important thing. Security and service is not good. We use to book recliner. But when movie starts, on all the vacant seat , people(boys) from other simple seats come and come on those seats and create disturbance and non sense. So I feel cheated buying experience recliner seats
