CIFT Residential Quarters and Guest House - Housing complex in Kochi, Ernakulam - Ernakulam, India

It is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean with 2 beds, bedsheets, two separate cupboards, 2 tables, chairs and a beautiful balcony view. Bathroom is shared between four rooms but the cleanliness is always maintained. It is situated inside the CIFT Residential area with proper security. You also get a beautiful environment with parks perfect for an evening walk. The best thing about the place is that it just cost Rs 50 a day. Situated at five minutes walking distance from Tevara junction.

Housing colony of CIFT. Also other Central govt. Employees stay there. Good place to stay but the people are very orthodox

Pleasant, peaceful and wildly green residential complex.

The place is pretty good, as Govt quarters generally are...not unnecessarily packed up back to back, having a small park/playground for children and a guest house (which may not be functional right now due to prevailing conditions). The only drawback is lack of maintenance, because of which the charm of the place has reduced manifold. I would like to give it a 3.5 star rating.

A very good guest house on Kochi. It is well maintained. The service is excellent. The food was very tasty. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. All rooms are equipped with AC. There is small open space in front of the guest house which is ideal for walking in the morning or evening. This place is ease to reach.

Nice place...But this place is not a tourist place.outsiders not allowed to visit this guest house..This is the Central Institute Of Fishing Technology staff residential quarters... Inside of this quarters have lot of vehicle parking area.. Employee's family living inside this campus..and have enough space for playing for children's
