Most Holy Saviour church is in Agrar, Bantwal Taluk. One of the oldest churches in Mangalore Diocese. The paintings on the ceiling near the Alter are very beautiful. An outdoor hall is being constructed this year(2018) which will be probably open for the benefit of the parishioners by this December.

Nice church it also has a 300 years old history initially it has been built by British and later it was rebuilt. Inside this church there are many statues and paintings on the wall. It has a big ground and parking lot. It has its own schools. It's an good place, nice and pollution free environment.

The church of most holy saviour also known as agrar church is one of the oldest churches dated back about 350 years. It is situated at the locality of Bantwal. The sacristy is very beautiful with the artistic touches by Br. Antonio Moscheni who painted it in the year 1902. Similar paintings he did in St Aloysius chapel also. Paintings are so life filled that it cannot be described in words nor can be captured in camera but one must visit and see the beauty.
