I purchased a chain before 4 months and it got broken now.I think they are reselling the old gold after polishing.very bad experience...

Permanent Customer of Chungath jewellery when they started at kollam during 1997-98. When they started their shop at karunagappally, my whole family purchasing gold from there. The staff deployed there are well mannered and good behavior.
Last .Month, the first time in our life we visited karunagappally show room for selling some gold for treatment purpose. But the staff attended is misbehaved with us. Will never go any of the Chungath Jewellers in future.
Very less collection for ladies chain / necklace and for kids compared to other franchise like arabia/Malabar golds . We used to take from here for years but not anymore .
Also i bought a chain which broke after 2 months of usage . even though they were helpful to repair it i Really doubt the quality of making .
Nice behavior and very friendly staffs. Even though it was very busy when we arrived there, staff has treated us very well and offered us seats and attended us very soon. Exceptional experience will recommend this place to every friend of mine and will visit again for sure.
Staffs are ok. But collection for bracelet gents and ladies few collection only.very disappointed That collection also Old models. And discount they fooling only estimate time sales person said very high amount then Actual amount calculate no discount correct prize they are taken.. But saying big discount.. My side very bad experience. I think arabain jewellery is better .

Recently visited during Covid time and was happy to see how efficiently they are following the Covid Safety protocols to ensure the safety of customer as well as the staffs.
