Very nice hotel. The welcome was very warm. The manager has given a complimentary upgrade on our rooms. As we were conducting our corporate meeting, timing was very important and the staffs were true professionals and helped us to finish the event in time. Food is also of good quality and taste especially chef specials are so delicious. Only suggestion is to improve breaffast menu ( We expect everything to be 5.. For breakfast we give 4 only )...

DEFINITELY NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL. I booked this hotel for my family for my wedding expecting a 5 star service but unfortunately we did not even get a 3 star service. The staff could not manage the checkin for a group of 15 people. There is barely any lights in the corridor and no Air conditioning. The suite room is dark and does not have much lights. The room service is slow and horrible. There is no in-house breakfast service. We have to order the food a day earlier to get breakfast the next day. The management is horrible so can't really blame the staff but they need to step up. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone for stay.

Please think twice before staying this hotel. Most horrible service. Reception staff could not handle a group of 15 ppl To check in...utter confused staff.They do not switch on lights & AC in the reception & corridor..we have to walk around in darkness. We ask for some water even after 4hrs they dont deliver. They are short staffed as management/owners having some issue.Horrible room service.towels delivered had cockroaches!! NO restaurant & functioning kitchen. This hotel should rename it as Chernobyl hotel. They apologized for their short comings but literally couldn't give us any compensation as they said their owners will cut staff salaries for their short comings & created a ruckus! This is definitely not a 5 star hotel.they have all facilities but until owner/management resolve their issues dont DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

The management has changed and this hotel has only gotten more worse than before dont think that it is a 5star hotel it has only the standard of a 2 star hotel.

Such a pathetic hotel ,Understaffed, no Air-conditioning in the hall, corridor, they are saying partners are fighting so no maintenance, only staff's running the hotel .we don't know what exactly happened. But we're a very horrible stay..

We had a great experience with our stay at Chrysoberyl Hotel in Kottayam. The hotel and rooms were super clean. The service was great. The staff was very helpful. Great hospitality overall by the management team as well as the staff.

Very good experience. Hotel situated near to the city centre. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Will visit again.

"ANYONE LOOKING AT THE REVIEW SHOULD READ THIS" I had worked here in their front office for several months and from my experience it is the WORST POSSIBLE HOTEL u can find in kottayam. Poor rooms and most of the customers that came to the hotel left unhappy. I cant even understand how this hotel became a 5star hotel. Its better to chose a 4star or a 3star hotel in kottayam than this disaster of a hotel. (THE FOOD THEY PROVIDE FOR THE GUESTS IS FROM OTHER LOW QUALITY DIRTY RESTAURANT AS THEY MADE ME DO IT AND GIVE THEM TO U SAYING IT IS A COMPLIMENTARY PLAN). This one time a guest complained of finding a fly in the appam they bought for them and another incident was when i went to their kitchen i found all the utensils coverd in mold and filth and the tea flask which they used for the guests was found full of "MOLD". And when i adressed the issue they were so ignorant and blamed me for not having proper evidence at the time. They disrespected me as a staff and fired me without prior notice.
