For the pharmaceutical section, kindly provide more counters and resources.There is always a large crowd in the neighborhood when I arrive to the pharmacy.Please make sure that the pharmacy offers token service with different cash counters as there isn't a systematic or token service available.Everyone is waiting to turn in close to the counter.There are always lines, but there are only so many seats available.Otherwise, if there are almost as many individuals, kindly open the next counter for service.Please let the cm administration know that this problem needs to be fixed as soon as possible. You should also fix the announcement speaker system since people primarily gather around the counter to hear the pharamasist proclaim names. Please find a quick solution to the problem. Recognize the additional amenities that the CM hospital offers.Continue moving forward.

My father has been admitted to your hospital several times, and I have always been satisfied with the service provided. However, in recent months, I have encountered some difficulties with one of your staff members in the insurance department. I am disappointed to inform you that there have been discrepancies in the amount charged by the hospital for my father's recent treatment. The hospital quoted us a price of 1500 rupees, but when the bill was submitted to the insurance company, the amount was changed to 2000 rupees, which seems to be a significant deviation. In the past, we have paid 1800 rupees per day for the room rent, and the insurance company has covered the entire amount. However, this time, the insurance company has refused to pay due to the absence of a revised bill and room tariff from the hospital This situation is causing significant distress to my family, and we are forced to bear the financial burden of these medical expenses. I hope you understand that this has been an ongoing issue that needs to be resolved at the earliest. If the matter cannot be resolved promptly, I may be forced to consider seeking treatment at a different hospital. I would like to request that you look into this matter and provide a suitable resolution. Your prompt action and response will be highly appreciated. Gynaecology department is not following the op system,then for what purpose u guys are putting such systems, ensure every patient is comfortable with your service,if u want good service try another hospital

The X-ray technician, one named Sonu (male) is pathetic with a haughty attitude and a total misfit for the hospital sector. He does not even know how to behave. I wonder how the hospital hires these kind of "wonders".

My husband and I took an appointment for Monday on Friday. We waited from 10.30 to 01.00 to meet the Gynaecologist. We left. Having to wait to meet a doctor for 3 hours can be a gruesome experience considering you are a patient. The seating facility is worse. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

A shout-out to CMH Hospital management to add more ventilation as well as wall-mounted fans to beat the summer. Especially the urology department waiting area is so pathetic... The whole area feels so suffocative. More fans are needed in this area to expel the hot air coming out of the external ac units. I urge the hospital management to take urgent action.
