Clean room. But, not satisfied. We had booked and paid for 3 adults. We were given a room with a double bed. They only have that. Was very difficult to sleep, that too with a patient.. Managed, as it was only for 1 night. It was very costly, too. Additional pillows given were used ones. Not at all expected.. Located adjacent to NH. Private parking is available. There are no food options in the vicinity. Complimentary breakfast was after 8.30 am, that too only for 2 adults.. We skipped as we had an appointment at CMC at 8.30 am, which was clearly mentioned while checking in.
Stayed earlier this month in Deluxe room. Overall a good experience. Very nice, clean room, though small, but at quite reasonable price. Friendly, helpful staff at service, esp. Mr. David. Only 12 mins by road to CMC, Ranipet Campus. Homely food for lunch and dinner, though a bit expensive. I hope the standard of cleanliness and orderliness is maintained in future as well. Some critical comments: A basic TV should be provided in Deluxe room, more breakfast options with proper seating arrangement.

Rooms are very clean with basic amenities only. Very budget friendly. They also provide simple South Indian, nice, free breakfast to their guests at 8 30 am sharp. No TVs in room. If u r on a pilgrimage, go ahead to book your stay in the guest house
Rooms are good and furnished, food is provided in the best quality with reasonable price, it is located near VIT. You can make good friendship with your pg mates. You can make wonderful memories here.....
