I just travelled 2000kms, staying in different hotels and homestays. This has been the most peaceful, clean and amazing stay amongst all. Though the room is not very big in size, three people can comfortably stay in the triple occupancy. AC, fans, good lighting, wifi, beautiful terrace and... the cleanest bathroom (very important for me!) - also walking distance to all the sight seeing places, beach.. It's truly worth the money. This is the first time I am writing a review in my life - because I really appreciate the space and the people. Thank you Christ Ville.
Run by a friendly family, the place offers good value for money stay. The rooms are basic but clean. They provide fresh towels, and there is running hot water tap. There is free WiFi, which has good 100Mbps connectivity, safe street parking, and a good restaurant just beside the property. There is also a nice seating area on the top floor. Recommend this property if you are looking for a good homestay and don't mind climbing steps as the rooms are on 1st or second floor.
Good place to stay at! Located in the fort kochi area very close to all the tourist visit places in Fort kochi area! Highly recommend this place for stay friendly couple run this place. Clean and tidy, great value for money. Good location for tourists. We vacated the room bit early still the hosts allowed us to keep our luggage for the rest of the day, that's really a good gesture. Nice balcony view, hot water available. Clean sheets. Rooms were congested, Hot water was not coming, A/C charged more even though we used for 2 hours. Good thing is - They allowed before the check in time.
It's located in one of the most happening places of Kochi. Right in the centre. Most heritage visits are within 2-3 km radius. The hosts are okay too. The room size and especially the bathroom size can be bigger. (If you're a bigger/taller person, it might be a task doing anything in the washrooms). We felt a slight stench in the washroom too. If not, everything else was great.
