By far one the best eatery I have ever visited, I have been eating out my entire life and my job demands on the move. When I visited this iconic restaurant the mesmerizing delicious spell bound of aroma started to pull you from a mile. The restaurant is compact and it's served typically traditional in banana leaf. The fish curry and fry are simply finger licking delicious and cooked served in traditionally clay pot utensils. The top five star hotels and restaurants all over the world should learn the customer service from this hotelier, the owner himself monitors the customer service operations and the service from the kitchen to the plate is so perfect and beautifully arranged. They will refill immediately all the compliments and kotu porial, paappad and all. Superb meal and best fish curry.

People heading to Valparai via Pollachi must try this mess for lunch.. one of the best spot for our traditional food, their taste was awesome and Prices of the menu are reasonable.. Must try..!

Very nice meals. Service is 10/10. The service is too quick. Fish is really fresh. Parking place is also available. It was like home food no where you can feel like hotel food. One beeda is also there. Fish curry is really awesome. Must try place. Only lunch is available. No breakfast or dinner. The owner himself serves you like home food.

A nice homely meal you can have,do not expect a lavish interior or a hi fi tables simple home style and small place worth the money you pay ,food was served piping hot and good for it is style every thing was in home style other than the pickel( ready made / branded )

Very Good food. We had our lunch here on the way to Valparai. Excellent service and very clean. The fish in the gravy was very fresh! Would recommend everyone to dine in this place without a second thought.

One of the best places for lunch with fish curry in Pollachi. The eatery is small thatched hut with not so bright sign board and has max seating capacity for 10 people. They serve authentic unlimited South Indian meals with options of fish gravy and fish fry at an additional price. Water and curd is served in mud pots. Have had food a few times now and every time their chutney is different.You will definitely go for a second serving of fish curry/gravy .The service is swift . Moderate to low pricing. No added flavors or colors and taste is finger licking.....
