Reception staff are unprofessional, restaurant is not available, No dental kit and hand wash gel is provided in the toilets/ bathrooms . Morning breakfast is complimentary but not so lavishing. Mini bar is also not available. Not worth staying in a suite paying Rs 4000+ GST without basic facilities

It is heritage hotel. It is really great to have wonderful architecture of the building but stay is horrible. Maintenance, breakfast is poor. Cleanliness is also not at par.

This Guest House is Located in a Good Place. The building seems to be very old and the interior is designed as of ancient times. The Room Service and Few Rooms Amenities were not in proper Working Condition. Really Disappointed after paying so much of amount
This guest house is a British Era guest house having very big room and attached bathroom. The lifts are very old and still working smoothly with out any noise. The location of this guesthouse is near Exide Mode at Kolkata near Maidan. Breakfast is complimentary and check out timing is 12.00 PM. So, check in accordingly to avoid one day extra payment. Room service is slow might be due to COVID-19 situation. But over all the Guest house is very good.
