I have nothing but praise for this company! I had a fantastic 2-week trip organized by Cholan in South India. The trip was entirely curated by them: they provided a driver in an impeccably clean car throughout, reserved rooms in very comfortable hotels, and hired local guides in the various places I visited. All for a very good price. And at least five times during the trip I was contacted by the company's managers to ensure that all was going well. I can't say enough how impressed I am with the high quality service this company provided. I look forward to the next time I travel to India and book with lndian Panorama Cholan Tours!
Recently we took the car rental from south tours, Mr Siva Driver who accompanied with us from Madhurai, Throughout the trip, we travelled Ooty, Kodaikanal in this trip the driver demonstrated exceptional driving skills. They maintained a safe and steady pace, ensuring a smooth ride. Their attentiveness to traffic conditions and adherence to road rules further contributed to the overall comfort and safety of the journey. We are from Toronto, Canada. We came to India for a month tour. We booked Cholan Tours with a Tamil driver. He was okay with us throughout the 21 days tour. We were so generous with the driver. On the final day of the tour, we gave the driver a big amount of tips. Then he started cheating us. He claimed that he lost the full amount of tips money. He cheated us using our generosity. We think he tried to scam us. He cried a lot saying that he lost the money fully. He said he accidently dropped the envelope somewhere. He made us to give him the tips second time. When we came home, we thought about this again and again. Now we are pretty sure, that the Cholan Tours driver cheated us! The driver damaged the reputation of the Cholan Tours company. We will never hire this company again. I do not want to reveal the driver's name here, for sympathy.
Cholan Tours arranged an excellent trip for us recently in Tamil Nadu and Kerala and they took all good care during our trip. Their team's personal care throughout our trip is very much appreciated especially when we are in a new place with our family.
