Please think twice before taking insurance policy from this company. Renewal payment made 1week back still not received the new policy. For almost 2 weeks I'm not able to use my 2 wheeler since policy expired. When ever I contact the customer care they will say it will be fixed by EOD. For 3 consecutive days they said the same thing. After 7 days they sent a mail asking me to wait for another 4 working days . My money with them and they are irresponsible to it.
