Very old property. Cleanliness to improve a lot. Dining table mats are never washed even after bringing to their notice. Lobby men's toilet has foul odor wash basin never cleaned . The people are good . I will recommend to look for alternatives.
Very out of the town. Location is isolated, on Barmer Road. Rooms are good well equipped and spacious. But the mattresses on the bed are old and too soft. We were lucky we didn't get a backache.
Hygiene in the restaurant needs improvement, as we found some spoons not washed properly. Food taste is OK, the kitchen has limited menu items.
AC in the lobby is not there. The AC in the dining room does not cool. Its bad for this kind of hotel.
Very nice property. Service is very good. Best part is kitchen is open till 4 AM. Food quality is good. Thanks to Mr Ali. Highly recommended
The hotel was quite good and in a nice location outside the city crowd. Food at the location was not fair enough I personally give 6 out of 10. My personal experience at the hotel was we stayed there for 1 night and in the middle of night at around 2am our room AC was not working We were informed at the reception but the person told me that there was no another room available at that time. I believe that if we are choosing this kind of property other than lower costing then they should have opted for this kind of problem.
Worst service..It is in Jaismaler..So donot be mislead by their ads.Pakka out of Jaismaler.

Hotel city was big scammer they are liar they respond good when u go for payment when u give them payment they stop responding atleast keep facility of different staff for takes booking they argue for take refund or cancellation

Fabulous 2 night stay in the desert in a small camp of 20 tents. Great food lovely ambiance fantastic sunsets and sunrises. Peacocks, goats rabbits also in the camp. Really great fireside entertainment- the dancer was particularly good. Trips to dune
