Upon arrival, the promise of a welcoming, comfortable stay dissipated quickly. The reception was chaotic, the staff aloof--a portent of the service quality throughout the hotel. The room assigned to me bore striking discrepancies from advertised pictures. The mustiness of the air was palpable, and the decor appeared neglected, with peeling wallpaper and threadbare linens offering a grim welcome. Functionality fared no better--reckless use of aging fixtures led to a sense of dilapidation rather than quaint charm. Cleanliness, or the lack thereof, was the dagger to the heart of this establishment's claim to hospitality. Dust laden surfaces, a bathroom sadly in need of both repair and a thorough scrub, and linens that bore lingering hints of past occupants contributed to a pervading sense of discomfort. Room service, which should be the silent sentinel of convenience, instead became a recurring struggle. Efforts to reach staff were often met with either a long wait or no response, and on the rare occasion that orders were placed, they arrived late and tepid. It's on bang main road highway at Moga. Within this hotel, you can have big banquet hall, Cinema theatre. Room sizes are big. Overall hotel is also big but just need to maintain by little more professionals

Best property in town with Nice Ambience and well managed staff. Food is very delicious. Stay was very comfortable there.

It was a good cenima but the ac in movie thearter is so good that they got me fever so i will recomend that bring a hand towel with you to protect yourself from the cold

Worst movie experience at chokha empire movie theatre in moga punjab, seats were in bad condition, seat J 1 screen , in interval in gadar 2 movie on 27 aug 2023 guy taking order at cash counter misbehaved and spoke were rudely

The experience was very bad... as there was no receptionist and they were not even picking our calls ...they charge us a lot ... And didn't provide as much service as we wanted...

Our family of 12 dined at the sky lounge. Very diverse cuisine and delicious. Lots of variety. Clean surroundings. Thankfully the pool was closed as we were travelling with little ones. Great vibe. Good music. However I was disappointed with the customer service of our waiter. I placed an order for my son and it took two hours for him to receive his meal. After an hour the waiter started ignoring me and not coming towards my end of the table. My other two children received their meals and my eldest sat and watched with tears as everyone ate and he refused to eat anything aside from a plain cheese pizza. After another 30min and the waiter walking directly past me multiple times as I tried to get his attention I got my dad (grandpa) involved because I felt I was being ignored as a female. Then finally the waiter said the pizza could not be made. I am very confused as to how a margherita pizza can be on the menu but not plain cheese. It's the same thing minus the oregano. Aside from that, just please tell me it can't be done. Don't ignore me for hours and starve my child. Don't turn it into situation where grandpa has to get involved in order to get his grandson fed.
