It was shocking, When I came to know that choice doesn't use Amul cheese on their pizza & uses some non branded cheese. Sitafal thickshake was best here. Knowing not using branded cheese, it killed our mood for pizza. Decent seating option available inside eatery. Behaviour of staff was polite with quick service.
Rude staff, rude manager and rude cashier. Serving uncooked manchurian. Pizza is served cold by simply putting puree and cheese. When pointed out, get response saying "no one is complaining here only you are". Apparently you shouldn't point out when something is not served right. No apologies, no acceptance of things being served in such a manner. Choice used to be known for its good food and taste, this franchise is not worth visiting. Better one goes to another franchise where customer service and food quality is better and consistent. This franchise is not recommended due to bad food quality and poor management staff. I have visited this cafe twice.. the food is quite good in taste. The presentation of food is also good.. they provide services of serving and staff is nice and friendly.. overall it's a good cafe for breakfast or evening snacks.. i have ordered Italian toast which was soo soo yummy .. specially I like panini of this cafe.. must try .. also good for juices and smoothies also coffee... You can visit with your friends and family members... Overall it's good to visit...
Bad Taste & Purely A Scam In The Name Of CHOICE Snack Bar.
No choice branch is better than CG road original branch. Choice near Zydus was below average...served cold pizza, fried rice with Manchurian served in one bowl (not separately) the floor was not clean, The space is too small in this branch still they didn't keep it clean. The hand wash tap was also broken. To serve on another table the waiter did take a spoon from our table which is awkward while you are having dinner. Avoid this restaurant.
Very rude manager and worst quality food. No proper way to reply to customer. Uncooked food and worst taste. 0 star and won't go again.
