Only plus point is the location by the main road and parking space. Else no lift to reach to top floor. Receptionist was absent from desk for long time. No hot water, no amenities of any kind.. Not even a dust bin. We booked for 4 guests and only a thin mattress was provided for 4th guest. Go for it only if really budget strapped as we were.
The rooms are nice, spacious, neat and clean. The place is also calm and quiet. The receptionist is friendly and the rent is also affordable. The night view of the place is nice. They also provide a decent extra bed if there are three guest in the room. But the room is in the third floor of a shopping complex and there is no lift facility. You'll have to carry the luggage by yourself to the rooms in the third floor. Also receptionist is not available all the time. The shops on the below floors will close at night and the ground and first floors are all open. It is a bit insecure at night since they only have a glass door. Overall, it is a nice place to stay.
Decent place, nothing fancy, but really affordable AC rooms for ~1000 Rs per night if you book via apps like Goibibo, Most times receptionist is not there and keeps you waiting for 15-20 mins for checking in becomes there usually isn't much guests at this place. plus there's a mart at the ground floor where you can get groceries or touchings if you like

If you need just a room to stay, go for it. They wont provide any basic things like soap, towel, paste and not even a waste basket. No kettle, not hot water. They wont give wifi password. No room service, ni one to pick your luggage. Its on the third floor and you need to take stairs and no lift. If you need an extra bed they give a poor quality bed.
